I Remember seeing a bow with black feathery wings on it before factions release, anyone know what bow this is and/or where I can find it?

Sounds like a feathered hornbow, which just so happens to be an exceedingly rare drop. So rare that I've never had one. It may just be worth buying one of them, if you can find a seller.
